SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship domestically and internationally. All orders are shipped via USPS. Standard shipping within the U.S. and international shipping rates will vary based on country.

Please allow up to 3 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. For international shipments, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery depending on destination and selected delivery service.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order.  Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with the carrier. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.

We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.

 

RETURNS // REFUNDS

We do not accept any returns. All sales are FINAL. 

EXCHANGES

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges, as we cannot guarantee inventory levels.
